Drake Concert Giveaway Rules

1.    Malkan Interactive Communications employees and members of their families and participating sponsors and their employees are NOT eligible to participate.

2.    Participants under the age of 18 MUST have parental / guardian permission to participate.  Participant and parent must show proof of legal ID.

3.    Winner receives two tickets to the Drake concert in Austin on February 27th and a limo ride provided by VIP limos.  The limo ride will pick up the winner and one guest at the winner’s place of residence and drive them directly to the concert venue.  Immediately after the concert finishes, the winner and guest must return to the limo and return directly back to the place of original pick up.

4.    One registration per person.  Participant must be present to win when Z95 draws the winner between the times of 5:30 – 6:00pm on Friday, February 24, 2012.  Must be 13 years of age or older to register.

5.    By participating in this contest, Z95 / Malkan Interactive Communications has the right to use your image or likeness on our website and any outside advertising.

6.    Appropriate release forms must be completed and signed by the winner (and parent or guardian if applies) before the trip can be taken and minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult. 

7.     No purchase is necessary or required in order to register or participate in any contest. 

8.    Any contestant violating any rule, gaining unfair advantages, or obtaining winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is also prohibited.  KZFM will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest and all decisions by KZFM will be final. 

9.    KZFM reserves the right to terminate this contest or make any other decisions regarding the outcome of the contest as KZFM deems appropriate.  KZFM may waive any of these rules at its sole discretion. 

10.   By participating in the contest, participants and winners waive all claims of liability against KZFM, its employees and agents, the contest sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss (including mental injury) which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in the contest, or from use of any prize.

11. KZFM may substitute prizes, amend the rules, dates or discontinue or extend the contest at any time as announced on the air or on hotz95.com.  KZFM disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the contest. 

12. By participation in the contest, contestants agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by station management.

13.   All conduct of the contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.  KZFM shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests.  All decisions made by KZFM management are final.

Contest Rules and Eligibility for Ring Girl Contest:

1.     Participants and winner must be a U.S. residents and at least 21 years of age. 

2.     Participants must be able to provide two proofs of age including a birth certificate, driver’s license, passport or school ID card. 

3.     One submission per person.  Any additional submissions from a single participant will eliminate that person from the contest.

5.     Any contestants found to have given false information will be disqualified.
