Last night in NYC, Michelle revealed Kelly Rowland also pulled a shift watching B.I. in Beyonce's hotel suite ... during B's concert in Atlantic City last weekend.
In the middle of the show, Beyonce thanked Michelle for babysitting -- but Michelle 'fessed up to us she had some help ... and even got to go downstairs to see some of the show.

Justin Bieber getting some boxing tips from....
Justin Bieber hung out with Mike Tyson and got some boxing tips from the legendary fighter just days before his alleged run-in with a paparazzo. Check out the Biebs working the heavy bag with Tyson. They posed for a pic with another guy, which Tyson tweeted with the caption, "Me, @johnny and @justinbieber before we started training JB" As TMZ first reported, Bieber is now a suspect in a criminal battery after Bieber allegedly got into it with a photog in Calabasas. Cops were called to the scene -- Bieber and GF Selena Gomez had already split -- and the photog was transported to a nearby hospital and later released. Witnesses say the pap incited Bieber and got tips from a lawyer at the scene about calling an ambulance and filing a police report.

Phillip Phillips wasn't the only one who got a great surprise on the "American Idol" finale on Wednesday night.
During the live show, Ryan Seacrest pulled former contestant Ace Young and girlfriend/fellow former contestant Diana DeGarmo on stage ... where, to Diana's surprise, Ace proposed!
"This has always been home to us and I felt that this would be the perfect place to ask a simple question," Young said before getting down on one knee.
"I love you to death, you're my best friend, I wanna make this last forever," he added before asking her if she'd marry him. Diana of course said yes. "Wow babe you picked a good one," DeGarmo said of the ring. "My makeups running!"

"Ray J crashed and burned the morning after the Billboard Music Awards ... and landed in the hospital ... Ray J was extremely upset after his confrontation with Whitney Houston's family -- notably Pat Houston -- during the awards ceremony. On Monday morning, someone went into Ray J's hotel room and realized the singer was "out of it" and couldn't get out of bed.
Ray J was extremely disoriented and was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance.
As for what happened ... it's looking like a combo of exhaustion and dehydration. Ray J had just returned from a quick, 32-hour round trip to China for business and when he landed he immediately drove 4 hours to Las Vegas for the awards show.
Ray J is still in the hospital. No word on when he'll be released."

Chris Brown still has a lot of fans ... but Pink and Carey Hart aren't two of them.
The couple was tweeting up a storm while watching the Billboard Music Awards together on Sunday night, and when Brown came on to "sing" "Turn Up the Music," they didn't hold back.
"One day if i lipsync, i hope i do it as well as him..." Pink tweeted, referencing the fact that Brown was clearly not singing live during his performance.
Hart jumped in as well, adding "Im pretty sure i saw my wife did that same performance, but she was 3 months pregnant and actually sang the song."
Carey added Brown's "bmx had no relevancy while he lip synced."
Some people thought Carey was taking aim at Katy Perry's performance of "Wide Awake," which used some of the trapeze acrobatics Pink normally features.
The singer cleared up confusion this morning, tweeting "for the record; i luv me some Katy, so y'all can jump off that run away train, k? i stand behind, always have and always will, LIVE SINGING."

Last night’s show was full of energy as the final four contestants hit the “Dancing With the Stars” dance floor to see who would impress the judges and secure a place in the finals next week. The contestants tackled two numbers and of course the Judges nitpicked more than usual, but they also managed to pull out their 10 paddles for just about every performance. Cohost Brooke Burke said “This is probably the strongest group of semifinalists we’ve ever seen on the show,” -- I think we already know William levee is winning this one
Demi Lovato signed on as a judge on the x factor and eventhough britney spears is getting 15 million demi is only getting a little over a million which is still impressive, but face it ... she's no Britney...Simon Cowell raved about Demi, praising her accomplishments at such a young age ... insisting she will connect with younger viewers. Demi is excited and even structured her upcoming tour around the "X Factor" tapings.
And finally, “Jersey Shores Snooki loves her tanning. But even she knows to cool it while she’s pregnant. She said she hasn’t tanned since last August. a new photo she tweeted over the weekend shows her not as Cheetos-colored as she has been in the past. Snooki says she is giving up tanning because of her pregnancy. She wants to make sure her baby doesn’t come out looking darker than her.

Demi is scheduled to tour this summer, but she says her “X Factor” schedule shouldn’t interfere with her touring.
A transgender woman who is suing Khloe Kardashian over an incident outside of a Hollywood club is willing to drop it if Khloe pays $150,000. Chantal Spears filed her lawsuit in December.. Saying Khloe assaulted her in front of Playhouse nightclub in 2009. Chantal filed documents saying she will settle out of court for $150,000 for “mental and emotional anxiety.” Khloe claims she shoved Chantal back in self-defense and has countered the request saying that Chantal hasn’t specified what her damages were, despite several requests to do so. "Jersey Shore" star Pauly D is entering the liquor business ... Pauly D is close to announcing his own ready-to-drink cocktail called REMIX ... a series of vodka-based drinks in various flavors. "Beastie Boys" rapper MCA -- real name Adam Yauch -- has died.
In 2009, MCA announced he was being treated for a cancerous parotid gland and a lymph node (below). He has since undergone surgery and radiation therapy.
So far, it's not clear if the death is related to the rapper's battle with cancer.
Russell Simmons' website GlobalGrind.com first reported the death. We have spoken to people independently connected to the rapper who also say he is dead.
MCA co-founded Beastie Boys in 1979 with Mike D, and Ad Rock ... and went on to churn out some of the most iconic albums in hip-hop ... including License to Ill, Paul's Boutique, Check Your Head and Ill Communication.
The group has won multiple Grammys and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year.
The Beastie Boys haven't performed live since 2009.
MCA recently became a vegan at the recommendation of his Tibetan doctors.
So far, it's not clear if the death is related to the rapper's battle with cancer.

Miley Cyrus got more than she bargained for during a recent grocery shopping trip after adopting a dog that had been abandoned at the store. Cyrus was shopping at Walmart when she found a puppy abandoned outside. Cyrus decided to take the dog home, and tweeted a snap of her new pet getting groomed. She wrote, “He was left in a box in front of Walmart. I don’t understand how people can be so cruel. That’s why we named him Happy.” Miley has three other dogs: Lila, Floyd and Ziggy.

"Wiz khalifa was Busted for Weed ... Again Wiz who famously raps about rolling joints "bigger than King Kong’s fingers" -- was busted for weed AGAIN last night ... the 2nd time in 10 days. The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina says ... the rapper was ticketed for possession of marijuana after his concert in Winston-Salem last night. We're told officers discovered 11.39 grams of pot after searching the rapper and his tour bus. Wiz was cited and released -- and is required to appear in court at a later date. Wiz was caught with weed in Nashville on April 21 ... after cops received complaints about marijuana smoke at a local Holiday Inn."
