No one in the small town of Odem, Texas, would've thought Higinio Flores IV would be a morning show host on Corpus Christi's hottest radio station. Not even he himself. But "Gino" as he is now known to most is doing just that and along with his co-host Arlene have one of the most popular and successful morning shows in South Texas.

After 10 years of entertaining on Corpus Christi's airwaves, from nights to afternoons and now mornings, Gino has found what he loves and is having fun. "I love what I do," says Gino. "This isn't work. When I was setting up Boll Weevil traps in farmers' fields back in '97, that was work. When I was scrubbing gym toilets in 2000, that was work." 

Gino still hasn't traveled too far from gym facilities as he remains active in kickboxing, training 5 days a week for a fight this September. In addition, he owns his own personal training and mobile dj businesses. 

"Money never sleeps" is a slogan you will often hear him mumbling down the halls of Hot Z95. Apparently, neither does Gino.
